Mom & Baby: one tough mother

The goal of the One Tough Mother Program is to have Moms focus on gaining strength so that weight loss will follow as a natural result of building lean muscle mass, and the pressure to be a certain size would be eliminated.  Monthly fitness evaluations included.  All classes can be attended with or without babies. Toddlers and older children are welcome.  Classes are capped at 10 participants to ensure quality and safety.

PERSONAL TRAINING

Queens Fitness provides one on one personal training as well as 'doubles' personal training if you prefer to have a training partner. These sessions are completely unique to your fitness level and goals. All personal training includes fitness evaluations and customized programming.

Queens Fitness provides small group training focusing on functional strength and cardiovascular conditioning that is totally scalable to meet individual fitness levels. Classes are capped at 12 participants to ensure quality and safety.


CLASS
DESCRIPTIONS

All classes are based on strength and conditioning. 
Each class has a particular focus, such as upper body or lower body focus, however, every major muscle group is targeted.
Each class is different to keep you engaged.
Classes are scalable to all fitness levels.
All classes may include but not be limited to barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands, rowers, airdyne bikes, plyometric boxes, medicine balls, TRX bands, battle ropes and more.

LOWER BODY FOCUS

In these classes we focus on building strength in the major muscle groups of your lower body.

UPPER BODY FOCUS

In these classes we focus on building strength in the major muscle groups of your upper body.

FULL BODY STRENGTH & CONDITIONING

In these classes we focus on full body functional exercises that will challenge your cardiovascular system, your core stability and balance.

Massage Therapy Fees:

  • 30 minutes: $60

  • 45 minutes: $80

  • 60 minutes: $105

  • 75 minutes: $135

  • 90 minutes: $155

*All prices include HST.

Payments can be made by cash, cheque or e-transfer.

Please note: 24 hours notice is required for cancellations. If we do not receive notice you will be billed for 50% of the treatment cost. If you fail to show up for an appointment, you will be billed 100% of the treatment cost.

Meet Lindsay Erin Craig, RMT, BComm, our RMT at Queens Fitness.

Lindsay is a graduate of The Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in Toronto, ON, and a member in good standing with The College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. Her education and experiences allow her to tailor each patients’ treatments to their own unique needs. Linsday believes that massage therapy can be a great way to enhance your health and can contribute to your overall well-being. She is experienced in Pregnancy Massage, Sports Injury Massage, Swedish and Non-Swedish Techniques, Infant Massage, Deep Tissue and Relaxation Massage and well trained in specific treatments such as: Hydrotherapy, Aromatherapy and Trigger Point Therapy. One of Lindsay’s favourite aspects of her job are the interactions she has with her clients and being able to contribute positively to their lives. When not working she enjoys leading an active life with her husband and children, including snowboarding, golfing, and running.

Queens Fitness is a great environment to host an event. Open, but intimate, the space is perfect for workshops, networking groups, corporate events, clubs and more. We have a full kitchen and bathroom as well as a small loft. Contact me for details.
